Each One 10 By  Gaurangana piece is thoughtfully crafted and undergoes a detailed quality check before dispatch. While we strive to present our products as accurately as possible, slight variations in colour, texture, or detailing may occur due to photographic lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted nature of certain fabrics and embellishments.

To maintain the exclusivity, quality, and hygiene standards of our collections, all purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds on products delivered as per the order placed.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, we will be pleased to assist with an exchange request. Such requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our Client Care team with your order details and clear photographs of the product.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unaltered
• In its original condition
• Returned with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact

Please note:
• Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
• Sale, promotional, discounted, customized, and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Products returned without original tags or showing signs of wear will not qualify for exchange.
• Exchange approvals are subject to verification and quality inspection by our team.
• One 10 By  Gaurangana reserves the right to accept or decline any exchange request at its sole discretion.
